Huntingdonshire Society for the Blind

Hunts Blind are an independent registered charity supporting the old county of Huntingdonshire residents of all ages who are experiencing sight loss.

Some of the services we provide include:-
Home visits from our outreach team to assess needs, support and assist with entitlement applications and support at the Low Vision Clinic
Various social meetings across Huntingdonshire, including volunteer drivers to support access.

Cost info: Membership is free. Sports and Social groups are £2.00 per session with an additional £2.00 if you require transport.
Times and hours: Charity shop/resource Mon-Fri 10am-3pm.

Volunteering opportunities: Our volunteers provide an invaluable service to our members and the society. Without them we could not run clubs, outings and fundraise. All volunteers are vetted via the Disclosure and Barring Service, and we reimburse mileage.
