Keep Your Head brings reliable information on mental health and wellbeing for children, young people, adults, professionals and schools across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.
A central point for information on mental health and wellbeing services and support that are available in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough for children, young people, adults and professionals. It can help you to find local services and support for your own mental health challenges, and advise on how to look out for others.
Their site has been developed through a collaboration between Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System including; Cambridgeshire County Council, Peterborough City Council, The SUN Network and many voluntary sector partners. The site has also been designed with feedback from people with lived experience of mental health and/or drug and alcohol challenges.
