A postnatal based exercise class where you can bring your little ones along for a safe and effective workout.
This 45 minute workout is split into cardio, conditioning and core exercises. It is post-natal safe and will strengthen muscles, improve balance, increase energy levels, improve core and pelvic floor and leave you feeling great. It’s a great opportunity to meet other mums too.
