A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it’s up to you!
Pocket parkrun is a free weekly timed 5k running and walking event that is organised by volunteers. We start at 9am every Saturday between Ernulf and the Willow Bridge. Everyone is welcome, independent of ability. All you need to do is register at www.parkrun.org.uk/register

Volunteering opportunities: Pocket parkrun is run entirely by volunteers, including marshals, time keepers, scanners, and tail-walkers. Full training is given for all roles on the morning of the event. No prior experience necessary.
